Logging into ICIMS as a current employee:

• Make sure you are using Google Chrome as your browser
• Your username is your E# or infirmary email address
• When prompted to give a password, use the current password for your Infirmary email address
• If you get a pop up saying your access is restricted, please reach out to the Recruiting department at recruiting@infirmaryhealth.org

How do I log in/create my online profile?
If you have never applied to Infirmary Health via the online portal, you can create an online profile by clicking Apply for this job online on any listed job and following the steps presented to you.
Online application FAQs

Be certain you are up to date on all Healthstream modules.
Employees with outstanding or expired Healthstream modules will not be considered for a position.

Know your current performance appraisal.
Employees must have earned a 1.9 or higher on the most current performance appraisal.
