S. Gant Unfried, MD is a family medicine physician with Eastern Shore Family Practice. As a family medicine physician, he will see patients of all ages from pediatrics to geriatrics, providing a broad range of acute, chronic and preventative medical care services, including diagnosing and treating illness, routine checkups, and health lifestyle management.

Dr. Unfried is a graduate of the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky. He received a doctor of medicine degree from the University of Kentucky School of Medicine and completed a residency in family medicine with USA Health.
