Eastern Shore Family Practice welcomes Heather Castleberry, M.D., family medicine physician

Mobile, Ala. – Heather Castleberry, M.D. is a board-certified family medicine physician. Dr. Castleberry comes to Daphne from her hometown hospital in Donalsonville, Georgia.  In Donalsonville, she practiced traditional inpatient/outpatient medicine and geriatric care in the nursing home. She has joined Eastern Shore Family Practice where she will supply medical care to patients of all ages.  Dr. Castleberry will provide comprehensive services including preventative and wellness care, urgent medical care, chronic disease management and pediatric care for children ages 2 and older.

Dr. Castleberry received her medical degree from St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine and went on to complete her residency at Columbus Regional Medical Center. She is a member of American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
