Mama Kat’s Lemon Icebox Pie
(This is Joe’s favorite recipe!)
Ingredients:
8 ozs softened cream cheese
1 can (14 ozs) sweetened condensed milk
Lemon zest of two lemons
Juice of 6 lemons( approx 3/4 cup)
Graham cracker crust
Instructions:
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well using an electric mixer.
- The mixture should be smooth.
- Pour into the crust and put in the fridge to chill for several hours but better overnight.
- Top with extra lemon zest and serve with whipped cream.
