Dr. Leslie Rush is a board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation physician focusing on interventional pain medicine. Dr. Rush received his doctorate of osteopathy from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and went on to complete his residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is board-certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
