Join us in welcoming Thomas Gregory "Gregg" Terral, M.D. to the Gulf Orthopaedics team!

Dr. T. Gregg Terral is a board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon. Dr. Terral received his medical degree from the Louisiana State University Medical Center in New Orleans. He completed his internship and residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. Dr. Terral has additional training and expertise in orthopaedic trauma and musculoskeletal injuries. He has completed AO Trauma fellowships in Seattle, WA and Toronto, Ontario in Canada. Dr. Terral also completed a fellowship in adult joint reconstruction from the Institute of Bone and Joint Disorders in Phoenix, AZ. Dr. Terral is Baldwin County’s only fellowship-trained surgeon actively performing Joint Reconstruction this complex surgical technique revises and corrects failed or painful joint replacements.

Dr. Terral is board-certified in orthopaedic surgery by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He is member of the Alabama Orthopaedic Society, the Arthroscopy Association of North America, and the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine.

He is passionate about orthopaedic surgery and continuing the service work of Bayside Medical Missions. This foundation was established by the founders of Bayside Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine in 1977 and has grown to include a surgical hospital in Ecuador. Dr. Terral travels there yearly with a supportive team of medical volunteers.
