Nina Ford Johnson, M.D., Infirmary Health pediatrician, spoke with FOX10 News during the Making Rounds segment about the importance of conversations between parents and their children regarding puberty as well as how your physician can assist with those talks.
"The reason we're having these talks is to plant the seed so we can keep the lines of communication open between the parents and the child," said Dr. Johnson. "That's why we're here ... to talk in an open, non-judgmental fashion."
