Thomas Hospital’s Internal Medicine Residency Program recently honored their graduating class of physicians with a ceremony at the Fairhope Yacht Club. Established in 2020, the program’s goal is to provide excellent internal medicine training and to create physician leaders who will serve our community with integrity and the highest standards of medical care. The seven graduating physicians will now begin their professional practices or enter specialized fellowship programs, with two of the graduates entering cardiology fellowships and one an infectious disease fellowship. Others of the graduating class will be joining the medical staff at Thomas Hospital and Mobile Infirmary as hospitalists.
