Thomas Hospital ranked as High Performing by U.S. News & World Report in three categories
Fairhope, Ala. – Thomas Hospital, an affiliate of Infirmary Health, has earned recognition as High Performing by U.S. News & World Report in its 2023-24 Best Hospitals rankings and ratings for Heart Attack, Colon Cancer Surgery and Knee Replacement.

Thomas Hospital offers the only open-heart surgery program in Baldwin County. Additionally, it also boasts the county’s only Commission on Cancer Accredited cancer program, Infirmary Cancer Care, with surgical, radiation, and medical oncology. Thomas Hospital is also home to Colony Rehabilitation Hospital, a Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities accredited facility, which provides inpatient rehabilitation care for patients. In 2022, Thomas Hospital delivered more than 1,500 babies – more than any other hospital in Baldwin County.
