Infirmary Health welcomes gastroenterologist Gabriel Bolanos, MD

Mobile, Ala. – Gabriel Bolanos, MD, fellowship trained gastroenterologist, joins Diagnostic & Medical Clinic (DMC). As a gastroenterologist, he specializes in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of the digestive tract (esophagus, stomach and intestines). He uses surgical and non-surgical treatment methods for common diseases such as acid reflux, difficulty swallowing, peptic ulcers, constipation, colitis, irritable bowel syndrome and colon cancer screenings. Additionally, Dr. Bolanos will conduct exploratory and therapeutic procedures.

Dr. Bolanos is a graduate of Universidad Francisco Marroquin School of Medicine, in Guatemala City, Guatemala, with a bachelor of science and a doctor of medicine degree. He completed a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in gastroenterology with USA Health. He is board-certified in internal medicine.
